SocialPilot is on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager who’s passionate about building meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space — products that customers genuinely love. You'll join a collaborative team of creative problem solvers, working alongside UX/UI designers, engineers, marketers, and customer success teams to drive product innovation.
What You’ll Do- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and user research to guide product strategy
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences
- Partner with engineering to translate product ideas into seamless, high-performing capabilities
- Work with marketing to strategize and execute go-to-market and feature adoption plans
- Author clear, detailed product briefs and specs that align with business and user goals
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to iterate and improve
- 3+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS company
- Proven success in building and scaling at least one product or multiple impactful features
- Experience conducting user interviews and turning insights into actionable plans
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles — experience with Figma is a big plus
- Excellent communication and spec-writing skills — you clearly define the what, why, and how
- Technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment
- Experience with 0→1 product journeys
- Familiarity with social media or marketing technology products
