We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of planning, prioritizing, and driving projects from concept to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can establish process in areas of high complexity without needing constant direction.
What You'll Do
Own the full project lifecycle — from defining scope and goals to execution, delivery, and retrospectives
Build intuitive, outcome-driven roadmaps and continuously refine priorities based on business needs
Translate ideas into clear wireframes, specs, and timelines using tools like Figma and Confluence
Lead cross-functional planning with product, design, and engineering teams
Manage tasks and workflows in Jira with fluency, driving team accountability and momentum
Be an individual contributor, not just a task manager — contribute directly to UX, wireframes, and product thinking
Communicate project status, risks, and blockers clearly across stakeholders
Work autonomously and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
What You Bring
~7 years of experience managing technical and/or product-heavy projects
Mastery of Jira and Confluence — you should be able to teach others how to use it better
Strong intuition for roadmapping, prioritization, and scoping
Excellent wireframing and UX instincts (Figma experience is a plus)
Comfort working with engineers and understanding technical concepts (coding not required)
A self-starter mindset and track record of operating independently
An eye for design and user experience, and the ability to bring structure to product ideas

The base salary range for this position in is $100K-$140K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
