What you’ll be doing
- Own, prioritize, and drive the product roadmap for key initiatives, aligning it with customer needs and company goals
- Lead product discovery by partnering with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to deeply understand user pain points and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Define and own success metrics, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives that maximize product and customer impact
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope
- Manage the product development lifecycle — from ideation and validation to launch, adoption, and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights. Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify product opportunities, drive continuous improvement, make informed decisions, and optimize the product experience.
- Lead A/B testing testing and other experiments to optimize product features and user experience; manage and prioritize product issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks with internal teams
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product releases, user enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
We’ll be excited if you have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices but innovative with unconventional solutions
- Broad knowledge of user research, data analysis, and product analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (reading, writing, presenting) to various technical and non-technical audiences
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric startup environment
- Must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong e-commerce market and user landscape a plus
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, online store builders, or related technologies preferred
