About this role
The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI-empowered core platform and infrastructure. This high-impact role involves driving innovation across APIs, UI frameworks, architecture, security, and enterprise enablement—with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure the platform remains modern, intelligent, and built to scale across diverse customer use cases. By integrating AI tools and methodologies into core product areas, you'll help accelerate development, automate operations, improve decision-making, and deliver a next-gen product experience.
We’re looking for someone who not only brings 5+ years of product management experience but also has a strong engineering foundation (3+ years hands-on). You should be comfortable getting into the technical weeds, guiding architecture discussions, and leveraging the latest AI tools to accelerate product development and innovation.
This position is part of Boomi following its recent acquisition of Rivery, a cloud-based DataOps platform. While now under Boomi, the role remains within Rivery’s team, working closely with our experts in data integration and automation. You can read more about the acquisition here.
Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our Ramat Gan, Israel office; and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Drive execution with a cross-functional team, ensuring that engineering, marketing, sales and support are all working towards the same goals and impact.
Work directly with customers, engaging in frequent conversations to understand their needs, gather feedback, and overall ensure that product direction is aligned with customer needs.
Deliver a great experience to our product’s users.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products.
3+ years of hands-on engineering or technical experience
3+ years experience in the area of data management, Big Data analytics, data warehousing and/or cloud technologies.
Comfortable using AI-powered tools to accelerate product development and improve user experience.
Highly data-driven—you use data to make smart, impactful decisions.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills—able to zoom in on details and out to big-picture vision.
Strong leadership and project management skills with a sense of urgency and ownership.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
Clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Passionate about building tools developers, data engineers, and enterprise users love.
Self-starter with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude and a bias toward action.
