This position will report to a Group Product Management Leader, spanning Smart Price Optimization & Management and Smart CPQ. The Product Manager will lead and develop an effective business plan, strategy, and roadmap for the PROS Platform. The Product Manager will lead the company development in terms of data integration with external systems, providing out-of-the box connectors with major ERPs, CRMs or other partner software companies.
The Product Manager is expected to continuously evaluate business opportunities and optimize the product portfolio through deep industry and technology expertise. This is an inherently cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with other product managers, engineering, AI-Science, UX, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and executive teams.
The Product Manager will also serve as the internal and external evangelist and subject matter expert (SME) for our Platform, including working with the sales channel and key customers.

A Day in the Life of a Product Manager - About the role:
Developing innovative product strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders (engineering, sales, professional services, etc.) and articulating the rationale to support the reasons and decisions.
Empathizing with key user personas to define market problems, drive priorities around product capabilities to solve those problems, and understand how to explain and demonstrate capability benefits to buyer personas
Inspiring, motivating, and aligning a diverse team with your strategic vision and passion
Having strong organizational and follow-through skills to drive execution by managing down, up and across the company
Managing enterprise SaaS products and/or services and coordinate tasking across multiple teams, services, and products to deliver complete end-to-end features
Required Qualifications - About you:
We’re looking for candidates who have a combination of the following achievements, skill sets and behaviors to be successful in this role:
5+ years of experience in Product Management in enterprise software, preferrably SaaS
Technical background and understanding of data integration principles from a technical standpoint - Experience with data/application integration (e.g. Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Fivetran, etc.)
Knowledge on ERP (SAP or Microsoft D365 F&O) / Knowledge on CRM (SFDC or Microsoft D365)
Proven record of working closely with Engineering, UX and Data Science teams
Experience creating compelling business cases and financial analyses from thorough, fact-based research
Ability to interact readily with customers and partner companies as well as cross-functional technical and non-technical teams / Ability to deal with several projects in parallel
Can write clear and concise end-user documentation and produce demo/training content
Experience using Atlassian products for planning and documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
