InvestNext builds modern tools for syndication sponsors - facilitating effective capital raising & investment management
The Role
InvestNext — Simplifying real estate investment, amplifying opportunity, built to scale.
At InvestNext, we’re building a connected real estate investment management platform that gives GPs and Investor Relations teams the essential tools to cultivate strong investor relationships, reduce administrative expenses, and grow portfolios.
Inspired by our Detroit roots, we’re democratizing real estate investing for all, and reshaping the future with the same grit and bold vision that has driven Detroit’s resurgence. For us, democratizing real estate investing is more than just a mission—it’s a movement. We're creating accessible pathways for everyone to engage in wealth-building opportunities, transforming how people invest and secure their futures.
A mission focused on real transformation. We’re building a diverse team that’s passionate about our culture, our product, and our purpose. Joining us isn’t just about a job—it’s about aligning with a movement that combines professional growth with genuine community change. Here, you’re not just building a career; you’re helping redefine the future of real estate investing.

Product Manager

As a Product Manager at InvestNext, you won’t just help build features—you’ll help build the engine that gets them into the hands of customers. You'll design the systems, processes, and playbooks that keep launches smooth, teams aligned, and our platform evolving quickly.

You’ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing to turn complex workflows into simple, scalable solutions—and you’ll make sure the handoffs, feedback loops, and success metrics are locked in. If you love making big ideas real, keeping cross-functional chaos at bay, and spotting problems before they land, this is your kind of role.

This is a high-impact opportunity on a small, fast-moving team where you’ll have a direct hand in shaping not just what we build — but how we build it, ship it, and improve it.

Who we are

We’re a remote-first, high-trust team that thrives on autonomy, curiosity, and action. We move quickly but thoughtfully; collaboration here means clear feedback, strong partnerships, and a bias toward solving problems, not sitting in meetings.

Our team is full of sharp, kind, and curious people who care deeply about what we build — and how we build it. We believe the "how" matters: strong operations, clear processes, and a shared ownership mindset help us scale a complex platform without losing momentum.

You don’t need a real estate background to thrive here, but you do need a curiosity for learning. We ask questions, give fast feedback, and believe growth comes from iteration, not perfection. Also important: we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Good energy is a team value, and you’ll hear it in Slack every day.

In this role, you will

  • Be the operational backbone of the product: coordinate details, untangle blockers, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Spot roadblocks before they happen, and create smooth, repeatable processes to keep Engineering, CX, and Product teams aligned and effective
  • Organize internal feature requests, prioritize in collaboration with stakeholders, and align to what matters most; balance urgency, impact, and team bandwidth
  • Build the playbooks, systems, and workflows that keep product launches moving — from beta to GA and beyond
  • Lead operational readiness for launches, making sure testing, feedback, customer communication, and adoption plans are locked in and executed
  • Own the post-launch process: track success, gather feedback, prioritize fixes, and know when to keep improving vs moving on
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting and refining how we work, always looking for smarter, faster ways to ship value to customers
  • Stay close to customers: gather feedback, spot patterns, and bring real-world insights back to the Product team

If you’re right for this role, you

  • Have 3 – 5 years of experience in product management or a similar operational/product-focused role at a software company
  • Love building systems, fixing broken processes, and creating structure where there was none
  • Know how to balance customer needs, product vision, and operational realities without getting stuck chasing perfect data
  • Are comfortable owning cross-team coordination, keeping everyone aligned, on track, and moving fast
  • Have a knack for digging into problems and finding the root cause — not just patching symptoms
  • Know when to lean on data, and when to trust process, feedback, and judgment

Metrics that matter

  • Beta Launch Health: Feature adoption, engagement rates, and volume of actionable feedback during beta
  • Feedback-to-Fix Speed: Critical feedback resolved fast and tied back to customer satisfaction improvements
  • Sprint Ops Health: Sprint completion rates, delivery velocity, and capacity planning accuracy
  • Feature Request Flow: Internal requests triaged, prioritized, and closed with transparent decision-making

What We Do

At InvestNext, we’re on a mission to transform the process in which investment firms raise and manage capital. Founded in Detroit, Michigan – InvestNext was established in 2016. At the time, we saw a major flaw in the industry. Investing as a whole operated within a black box, with countless hours spent on activities that made fundraising, investment management, and investor relations tedious and inefficient.

Since day one, we’ve known that tomorrow’s investors are people who will not only possess access to detailed performance metrics across their portfolio but also have the full picture of the positive impact they have made on the communities they have invested in. Using this scope, we’ve built a software platform that enables investment firms to operate more effectively and provide greater transparency to their investors. Instrumental to this effort, has been our close partnerships with commercial real estate syndicators as well as numerous investment firms around the globe. As of today, we are trusted by tens of thousands of investors, with billions of dollars managed on the platform.

Why Work With Us

Our culture is built on empowerment. We actively ensure every employee has a voice in the development of our product vision. In addition, we place a strong emphasis on autonomy, every InvestNext team member has the option to work from home, a coworking space, or a hybrid model of their choice.
