YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Requirement Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, document analysis, and brainstorming sessions to accurately capture client requirements.
- Agile Product Management: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, estimations, and story creation within an Agile environment, translating requirements into detailed Epics and Stories.
- Documentation Excellence: Produce professional, client-facing documentation with meticulous version control.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between diverse teams (strategy, creative, business, technical) and stakeholders at all levels within client organizations (executives, IT, marketing, client service).
- Workshop Facilitation & Presentation: Lead workshops and deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Iterative Development & Demos: Deliver demo development work for stakeholders in each iterative development or sprint cycle, ensuring alignment with the project vision and strategic direction.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech environment.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Miro.
- Deep understanding and practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with a variety of technology systems and environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Technical aptitude and a passion for technology.
- Ability to write clear and concise product requirement documents.
- A customer-centric mindset and a drive for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in product management and/or business analysis
- Experience with creating Product roadmaps, designing product strategy, product life cycle management
- Strong attention to clear and concise communication.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Agency/consultancy experience is an asset.
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Certification in product management, product ownership, business analysis and/or scrum management
- Experience in organizing and presenting complex information in simple visual models.
- Technical background and/or training in web development, web design, and programming.
