We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our blockchain-based financial products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, oversee the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with Alpen Labs' mission and goals.

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable product features.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead collaboration among engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to drive product development and ensure cohesive execution.
• Product Roadmap Management: Support the management of the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.
• User Experience Oversight: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, guiding design and development teams to create intuitive and user-centric products.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven enhancements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Proven experience in product management ideally within the fintech or blockchain industry.
• Strong experience in User Experience.
• Preferred to have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, financial products, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
