Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science) to build and improve features that deliver customer and business value
- Leverage internal AI tools to accelerate ideation, content generation, and insight gathering, making your workflow more effective
- Use experimentation (A/B and MVT tests) and data insights to inform decision-making and optimise experiences
- Be a strong voice of the customer in your squad, ensuring user needs are deeply understood and reflected in the product
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support go-to-market plans and post-launch success
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across different departments and brands
- Bring a learning mindset – test, iterate, and improve as you go
You'll Be Great For This Role If You
- Are excited by customer problems and love collaborating with Designers and Engineers to solve them
- Are curious about how AI can support product work
- Are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can frame opportunities in terms of customer and business impact
- Have worked in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and are confident participating in ceremonies like planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Can communicate clearly across different teams and with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in ecommerce or personalisation tools is a plus
- Experience in using AI to supercharge the PM process

- You demonstrate how AI or other emerging tech can be used to enhance the product experience or speed up delivery
- You can demonstrate the impact of your work on metrics like conversion, frequency, or feature adoption
