JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Product Manager could significantly impact the growth and overall success of entrusted product portfolio. From a clear understanding of market and customer needs. Product Manager sells his vision to the business through product strategy.

• Market analysis, ongoing identification of opportunities for the development of the entrusted product portfolio.

• Creation of entrusted product portfolio strategies, responsibility for the preparation of marketing plans

• Preparation of strategy presentations and materials for the campaign of individual products; designing and implementing support activities for the promotion and development of the entrusted product portfolio.

• Responsibility for meeting the goals set for individual products.

• Responsibility for correctness of data in promotional materials and respect for advertising law.

• Maintaining and developing regular contacts with important specialists, cooperation with professional companies.

• Preparation of professional symposia and arrangements with lecturers.

• Organization of the company's participation at professional congresses.

• Participation in scientific congresses and symposia.

• Continuous self-education, monitoring of scientific trends and competitor activities.

• Implementation of regular monthly reports, respecting and regularly checking the financial budget of the product portfolio.

• Cooperation with other departments in the company – mainly with medical department, sales supply chain, finance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in the position of Marketing Product Manager in pharma company

• Preferably with Rx portfolio and experience with Therapeutic areas: Gastrology, Imunology, General Practitioner

• Creativity, analytical skills, strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions

• Developed communication, presentation, and persuasive skills

• English language knowledge level Advanced/fluent speaker

• User level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• High level of time management

• Willingness to learn and high commitment
