Job Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in the toy industry, blending product development, branding, and marketing expertise. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch while aligning products with market trends and consumer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with branding and marketing teams to develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to drive product innovation.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and sales teams to develop and launch products.
- Manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the toy industry.
- Strong background in product development, branding, and marketing.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
