Product Manager

Job Summary

Highradius, a Unicorn and a Forbes Cloud 100 SaaS Fintech company is looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager who will be responsible for managing a core module of one of our products, which will directly impact all customers of the product.

Responsibilities

• End to end ownership of a key module of one of our products.
• Identify opportunity areas to improve the performance of the existing product by analysing a large data set.
• Prioritise opportunities, develop solution design and work with Engineering team to get it built into the product.
• Publish annual benchmarking reports for performance of the product.
• Enhance the product to tailor to the needs of new geographies and markets.
• Publish reports on industry trends and competition analysis.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech holder; MBA or equivalent degree is optional.
• 3+ years of Product Managment work experience
• Demonstrated high performance in professional career
• Significant and demonstrable industry experience in managing product management teams
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
• Excellent critical thinking and Analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable project management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent.
