About the Role:

Decagon is looking to hire a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-driven platform and drive the development of innovative products that our customers love. As a key member of the product team, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and leadership to define product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and execute on the roadmap. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end and play a pivotal role in delivering value to our customers.

You may be a good fit if you:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in fast-paced AI, SaaS, or startup environments

• Track record of successful product launches from concept to completion

• Strong ability to gather and analyze customer insights for product decisions

• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams

• Skilled at balancing competing priorities and strategic planning

Even better if you:

• Direct experience with AI/ML product development

• Strong data analysis skills for measuring and improving product performance

• Experience growing products in early-stage startup environments
