COMPENSATION:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

The Product Manager role will lead the development and optimization of our financial products and services. This position will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals, market demands, and regulatory requirements. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Sales to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. 

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for financial services products, aligning with company strategy and customer needs. 
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client feedback collection to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings. 
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria to ensure effective development and implementation. 
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk. 
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and profitability. 
  • Serve as the product champion, educating internal teams on product features, benefits, and positioning to ensure successful product launches and ongoing sales support. 
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements, technology enhancements, and new product offerings that create value for clients and the business. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that resonates with target audiences. 
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve product offerings. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact the financial services landscape. 
  • Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company, including personnel policies and expectations as outlined in the Employee Handbook. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus). 
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, banking, lending, fintech, or related industries. 
  • Strong understanding of financial products (loans, debt settlement, credit, etc.) and the regulatory environment. 
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. 
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving product lifecycle management. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience with digital financial products or technology-driven services. 
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user experience best practices. 
  • Prior experience working with underwriting, risk management, or compliance teams. 
  • Familiarity with financial APIs, integrations, and platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday 
Location: Irvine, CA
