What you will do here:

  • Support healthcare professionals through the development of meaningful workflows, features, and integrations which drive high-leverage value for their onboarding experience.
  • Lead a team of developers, and designers that is responsible to enable healthcare providers to onboard smoothly and efficiently to the mobile application.
  • Conduct data, market, and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities and partnerships for ShiftMed.
  • Research best practices within and outside of ShiftMed to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement tactics to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain and deliver a product roadmap for healthcare provider onboarding which aligns tactical work to team and company strategic initiatives.
  • Outline and report on metrics by which the success of deliverables will be measured.
  • Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, designers, and engineers, leading the continual delivery of high-leverage releases.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key market leaders to uncover new opportunities, solve problems, and achieve objectives

What will make you successful here:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years of mobile applications. Experience in healthcare or marketplaces is a bonus.
  • 1-3 years of previous experience gathering complex business and technical requirements from a client/business and documenting them.
  • Experience delivering a strategic integration with evidence of the impacts of its delivery.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead across multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment including teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Building and maintaining relationships through engagement with internal and external business leaders to quickly establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Strong experience presenting to, influencing, and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, technical and non-technical team members, and peers
  • Flexibility with a proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
