WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Product Manager, you’ll serve as the connector across teams, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, value, and customer expectations:

  • Drive the Product Development Process: Manage apparel products from initial concept through final production, ensuring timelines, quality, and costs are achieved.
  • Support the Creative Process: Partner with design, merchandising, and sales to translate ideas into clear, actionable plans for development and production.
  • Own the Details in PLM: Maintain all product specifications, style details, and technical information in Centric PLM to ensure data accuracy at every stage.
  • Perfect the Fit: Participate in fit sessions to ensure apparel meets design intent, quality standards, and customer needs.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Communicate with vendors to ensure products are developed and manufactured to specification, resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Trend Insights: Stay current on market trends, innovations, and industry shifts to help deliver competitive, on-trend apparel to our partners.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and refine tech packs, specs, and technical drawings that serve as the blueprint for production success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

We’re looking for a detail-focused product leader who thrives on collaboration and execution:

  • Bachelor’s degree in product development, fashion design, textiles, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in apparel product development and/or production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for technical design needs.
  • Strong experience working with PLM systems – Centric PLM experience is a big plus.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively across design, sales, merchandising, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in mass market or licensed brands is a bonus but not required.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your relevant work and expertise.

  • See Your Impact: Play a key role in delivering apparel to leading retailers and millions of customers.
  • Dynamic Collaboration: Partner with a cross-functional team to bring designs to life while managing the execution process.
  • Growth Opportunities: Join a fast-paced, growing division with opportunities to expand your skills and expertise.
  • Hands-On Experience: Gain full exposure to the product lifecycle – from concept through production – for major retail partners.
