Mentor junior designers, present concepts to stakeholders/licensors, prepare market/trend analysis and sales-ready presentations, and manage sample/showroom prep and product shipments.

Serve as the front-desk ambassador: greet visitors, manage check-in/check-out and badges, answer and route multi-line calls, maintain a polished lobby, coordinate rooms/catering, handle mail and shipments, support showroom visits, liaise with building vendors, and provide light administrative support to HR and office teams.

Support menswear design for a licensed brand from concept to production: maintain PLM data, create presentations and tech specs, conduct trend research and technical sketches, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and participate in fit sessions to ensure product quality.

Design and execute men's and women's denim tops and bottoms from concept through production. Lead creative direction and execution of men's sportswear seasonal collections (wovens, knits, soft structure). Create concepts, flats, color stories, and technical packages; collaborate with merchandising, tech, PD, and sourcing; present assortments and oversee fittings to ensure aesthetic and construction quality.

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Design team and VP of Design. Coordinate fabric and trim libraries, manage samples and seasonal archives, support sourcing and vendor communication, maintain Centric PLM templates and shared design files, prepare presentation materials, and assist with meetings and general departmental organization.

Lead and build a global quality program for apparel across product development, sourcing, production and distribution. Implement and maintain QMS, define product and supplier quality standards, oversee inspections and lab testing, drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
