Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for developing essential marketing plans, formulating strategies, and analyzing market potential. Builds and nurtures relationships with key customers, conducts negotiations, performs business analysis, and monitors performance outcomes. Oversees work processes, ensures effective organization, and motivates employees to achieve goals.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities

  • Marketing plans (development and updating)
  • P&L analysis
  • Responsibility for launching new products
  • Segmentation & Forecast analysis
  • Assessment of activities carried out by the field sales team
  • Market research and product development
  • Adjustment of the company's business and development policy to the product market trends
  • Budget planning
  • Support to the clients and external lecturers
  • Professional education of associates and professional lecturers
  • Participation in congresses, symposia and meetings in the country and abroad
  • Cooperation with marketing agencies
  • Education of representatives and expert support in the field
  • Development of visit-guide algorithms
  • Creation of marketing materials and printed promotional material
  • Planning of focus products, sales and monitoring of sales results
  • Accreditation and organization of professional meetings
  • Participation in congresses and symposia
  • Group presentations
  • Ideas for improvement the company's portfolio
  • Development of analyses and business cases for existing and new products
  • Monitoring the work of competition and market changes
  • Monitoring of all changes in legislation related to portfolio products
  • Performs other tasks as directed by the supervisor

We Need You To Have
 

  • University degree (Faculty of Pharmacy, Medicine or Dentistry).
  • Preferably experience in the professional and commercial position of the associate.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Expertise in market research, product development and trend analysis.
  • Proficiency in budget planning and P&L activities.
  • Knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
  • Use of MS Office packet.
  • B category driving license.
