OVERVIEW
As a Product Manager at Automox you will be a technical leader for the product, helping drive our product strategy and roadmap. You'll have fun working closely with a diverse team consisting of Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing Leaders and more to understand our internal and external customers, their markets, and design solutions that customers are excited to use and tell others about. Your work will influence multiple teams and services throughout the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- You will collaborate, unite and lead across the product management team to deliver amazing features
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products that your customers love
- Defining and driving the strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and business outcomes
- Partnering with the Automox Support, R&D, and Business leaders to drive cross-team strategic initiatives and ship product updates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years experience in the product craft, user experience design, and/or development
- Industry Experience: Technical understanding of the endpoint management market, competitive landscape and challenges
- Ownership: You are accountable, persistent, and tenacious about getting things done and bring that out in others
- Passion: You have a passion for building the best product and product team in the biz
- Craftsmanship: You insist on the highest standards and lead by example
- Leadership: You navigate ambiguity with ease, can set direction and priority based on sound business judgment and a logical decision making framework
- Be resilient and resourceful in face of ambiguity and thrive on (rather than endure) change
- Bring critical thought and opinion — and embrace differences and disagreement to get stuff done and move forward

LOCATION
We are a fully distributed company with remote employees in concentrated areas across the United States working from their home office.

The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
