Our Content Experiences (CX) for User Community product helps brands foster meaningful connections through the creation and delivery of on-brand, engaging, and impactful content experiences within their user communities.

We’re looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our team and elevate this product to new heights, ensuring it remains the go-to solution for delivering exceptional content experiences to end users.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for Bynder’s CX User Community product, you will play a crucial role in steering product execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, field teams, and product marketing—to enhance user experiences and drive product innovation. Your primary objective will be to ensure our solution delivers maximum value by creating engaging and interactive content experiences that drive meaningful business outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Quality Execution: Prioritize short-term and mid-term initiatives, working closely with the team and engineers to break down epics into stories, plan refinements, and manage release deliveries.
  • Research and Discovery: Work with customers and UX teams to identify, validate, and prioritize problems and opportunities, supporting research and technical discovery efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across design, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and prioritize features that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • GTM Launches: Lead successful product launches, coordinating with go-to-market teams to ensure proper messaging, documentation, and support for all stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure the success of product features, making informed decisions to iterate and improve the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of prioritizing and delivering initiatives that drive both customer satisfaction and measurable business impact.
  • Experience in the SaaS and B2B sectors, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cloud-based product initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution at every stage.
  • Exceptional ability to deconstruct epics into actionable steps, maximizing value and operational efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to develop and launch outstanding products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively on complex technical challenges alongside engineers and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning, personal growth, and adapting to new challenges.
  • "Get-things-done" attitude, with a focus on delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems, content creation technologies, and a strong familiarity with the industry and market is a plus.
