Job Description

What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join us in this growth phase and help us solve problems and generate value for our clients.

  • Strategy: Develop and execute an outcomes-based roadmap that delivers for customers and works for our business.
  • Discovery: Work as part of a cross functional team to build and execute an outcomes-based roadmap.
  • Delivery: Take responsibility for the outcomes by working with Engineering to ensure smooth delivery of outcomes for our users and customers through standard Agile methods.
  • Research: Stay in-tune with the latest within the industry, market, competition and understanding the needs of our customers and users.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Being an evangelist for your users, customers and the product strategy is key to ensure the best outcomes are prioritized and delivered, and for building relationships with stakeholders.


Qualifications

What You Will Do:

  • Experience working in Product Management at a fast-growing tech company.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to manage complex technical dependencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery across engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Proven ability to oversee end-to-end product rollouts, aligning timelines, resources, and objectives across multiple departments while proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to technical dependencies
  • You seamlessly blend problem solving for customers and users with commercial viability to build stakeholder confidence.
  • You enjoy the challenge of developing knowledge and becoming a SME inside an organization.
  • You love to tackle tricky problems and dig deep into data, discussion and research to understand requirements and produce insights.
  • Experience communicating with diverse roles and levels within an organization.
