Overview: The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, executing on the product vision through roadmap development, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:
- Bring the product roadmap to life, ensuring every feature has value to the customer with robust ROI analysis
- Develop product personas, define customer needs, and the associated features of products/services to meet those needs
- Gather, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on market/customer requirements
- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved and that product value is delivered in a timely manner
- Define, analyze, and report on metrics that determine the success of the product
- Monitor adoption, usage and revenue impact of concepts
- Deliver go-to-market plans and collaborate on pricing strategy
- Research and communicate competitive dynamics
- Work with a cross-functional team in planning product releases and enable internal teams in supporting their adoption
- Contribute to positioning and messaging for the product in conjunction with Marketing and Sales

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment (preferably with products based on data)
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from concept to market.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks based on business impact.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
