  • Business Impact: Focus on delivering solutions that drive business outcomes like revenue growth, market expansion, and increased customer retention.
  • Customer Advocate: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions are driven by validated customer needs and feedback.
  • Feature Validation: Partner with customers to validate product features and enhancements, using data-driven insights and customer metrics such as feature adoption, satisfaction, and NPS.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product development and messaging.
  • Partnership Development: Explore new partnership opportunities and integration strategies that expand our product offerings and market reach.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer insights into high-impact product strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in validating features with customers and adapting products based on feedback
  • You take initiative, find solutions to challenges, and proactively push projects forward
  • Ability to ensure teams deeply understand the "why" behind product decisions and changes, reinforcing the business case for all stakeholders
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership style that fosters a healthy, innovative team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
