About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a motivated and strategic Technical Product Manager to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new backend technical capabilities supporting the expansion of our current tech stack to support hundreds of new partners. You will play a key role in driving the product strategy, ensuring scalability, and delivering an exceptional user experience. This role is critical to our mission of making homeownership easier and more enjoyable.

Your Day to Day

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new customer portal in alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously assess market trends, user feedback, and business opportunities to drive innovation and product differentiation.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.

Platform Management:

  • Lead the day-to-day management of the lead distribution platform, ensuring optimal performance and revenue generation.
  • Prioritize and execute enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature development in collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales).
  • Analyze platform performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team that currently includes one product associate.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and support the professional development of team members.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders to shape product development.
  • Conduct regular product review meetings, presenting updates, insights, and recommendations.

User-Centric Development:

  • Drive customer-centric product design by collecting and analyzing user feedback to refine product features and resolve pain points.
  • Ensure the platform delivers exceptional value to all users, including internal teams and external partners.

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of platform usage, performance data, and user feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization.
  • Implement and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead post-launch evaluations to measure the impact of changes and identify areas for further refinement.

Documentation & Training:

  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including feature specifications, known issues, and best practices.
  • Develop and provide training materials for internal teams to ensure effective use of the platform.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing digital platforms or products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Experience working with lead generation platforms, revenue optimization systems, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and product management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
