DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative market studies and client interview output to develop commercial credit product strategy for our Middle Market client segment. Communicate product strategy to Senior Management and Line of Business partners. Use analytical tools (financial analysis, forecasting and data analysis) to track product performance for the client segment. Drive product concept pipeline. Contribute to concept assessment, market/use case assessment, business case development, client impact measurement and documentation, concept/market prioritization, documentation of the intended end-to-end customer experience, design of measurement and/or testing strategies. Support prioritization and resource management within the external technology partner's development agenda. Provide input and direction to UAT resources; support development of UAT strategies associated with product enhancements. Implement roll out of technology solutions to increase client satisfaction and internal efficiency. Support Ready-to-Launch / Go-to-Market initiatives for the enhancements. Own and lead compliance and governance from a product perspective. Help to ensure Product Risk and Control framework is integrated in the product design phase. Liaise with business partners to review business practices and recommend process improvements. Engage the Firm's New Business Initiative Approval process to evaluate new product integrations/partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Data Analytics, Product Development or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Data Analytics, Product Development or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Product data analysis including the use of Tableau and Business Objects; UX design and visualization using Visio, Balsamiq; Writing JIRA stories within the Agile project management methodology; Using Excel modeling tools and pivot tables to measure product performance; Creating product development roadmaps using PowerPoint; Technology project investment prioritization using weighted scorecard methodology; Creating user stories to communicate product functionality for technology development; and Creating wireframes for product functional specifications through SharePoint and Confluence.
Job Location: 575 Washington Blvd., Jersey City, NJ 07310. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $127,308 - $201,000 per year.
