About the team:

The Product Marketing team's role is to drive growth in our product portfolio, owning the development of our products and services to meet the preferences, trends and needs of assigned markets and market segments. 

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to product manage our market leading domestic hot water storage solutions. Leading the creation of a defined market value proposition, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a multi-function environment as the single point of UK and Ireland product ownership.

You would be responsible for managing and developing both residential and commercial solutions. You should also be confident in translating market segment needs into clearly defined product requirements. You’ll also champion the UK and Ireland voice of customer within BDR Thermea Group.

About the role:

Your role will be challenging and varied, with no two projects ever being the same. You’ll get to interact and engage with a range of people operating at various stages of the project lifecycle to gain clarity and commercial insights that will help to affirm the commercial decision making processes and drive the success of the project.

  • Build deep relationships with the allocated Business Development Unit.
  • Work across all sectors to ensure UK and Ireland market needs - regulations, voice of customer, competitive benchmarking and UK use cases - are understood and incorporated into NPD Detailed Product Requests.
  • Identify new ways to create long term value through new technologies, product offering /services.
  • Own the UK product roadmap, including phase-in/phase-out planning, ensuring alignment across segments.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Units to ensure successful local product introductions and market cessations.

Experience we’re looking for :

Essential:

  • Experience in HVAC or Product Management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

Desirable:

  • Degree level in commercial, technical, or marketing
  • Experience of business strategy development and planning
  • Project Management
  • Relationships with major UK customer groups (as per segment)
  • Extensive knowledge of the HVAC industry

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a performance related bonus.
