POSITION SUMMARY

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and growth of our product. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions, experience in SaaS product development, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap based on business objectives, market demand, and customer feedback. Prioritize features and enhancements for development cycles.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX design, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria that drive product development.
  • Regularly engage with customers, gather feedback, and integrate insights into the product development process to ensure the product meets user needs.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Set, track, and analyze product KPIs to assess product performance and impact, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products, ensuring successful launches and user adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, balancing the needs of customers, executives, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching SaaS products.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, especially in SaaS architecture.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, product analytics tools, and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with user research, UX/UI design principles, and customer journey mapping.
  • Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, especially with partner integrations.
  • Knowledge of pricing models, subscription services, and customer retention strategies.
