About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager to support our business operations and strategic initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to provide the critical information that enables us to better serve clients, optimize operations, and drive business growth. The position reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy for both internal and external facing products.

What you would be doing at Expressable (essential functions)

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Gather and analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future product decisions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

What you bring to Expressable

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech-enabled startup
• Competency in office productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office/Teams or Google Suite and Slack
• Familiarity with backlog tools such as JIRA, or Github
