About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and managing the product life cycle. This includes driving key initiatives from conception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging market insights, and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with both business objectives and customer expectations. The Product Manager will also ensure that each product effectively reflects Probe Group’s integrated combination of intellectual property, technology, people, and processes to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Vision & Strategy:  Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for internal and external product portfolios. Align the product vision with company goals, market trends, customer needs, and the overall business strategy. Foster innovation by identifying new opportunities and ensuring the product strategy is adaptable to market shifts. 

  • Roadmap Planning & Prioritisation: Create, manage, and maintain detailed product roadmaps. Prioritise product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business objectives, customer feedback, and competitive market insights. Balance short-term needs with long-term strategic goals. 

  • Market Insights & Positioning: Collaborate with Market Research Analysts and other stakeholders to gather and apply insights on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Use these insights to inform product roadmap decisions, product positioning, and differentiation strategies for a competitive edge

  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches. Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams, including marketing, growth, digital and customer experience, to ensure smooth product introductions and maximise market impact. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across departments such as Digital, Marketing and Growth teams to ensure alignment throughout the product life cycle. Conduct workshops and ideation sessions to refine product concepts, assess market viability, and ensure seamless execution across all teams

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously optimise product features and roadmap priorities. Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensure product improvements are aligned with evolving market demands and customer expectations. 

About You 

You are an experienced Product Manager with a proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Your strong analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication, enable you to make data-driven decisions and present complex ideas clearly. You balance technical understanding with commercial acumen, solving problems creatively and leading cross-functional teams effectively. Agile and autonomous, you manage multiple priorities, focus on customer needs, and ensure high-quality execution in line with business objectives.

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role. 

  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. 

  • Proven experience in developing product roadmaps, strategies, and executing go-to-market plans. 

  • Experience working with technology-driven products. 

  • Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
