What We Do

We are a consultancy specialising in business, information and technology. We help organisations adapt to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer interactions. Our services fall into three broad categories: Analysis, Strategy and Delivery.

We have worked extensively with the UK Government, in particular in the criminal justice sector, and have developed a detailed understanding of and good working relationships with a large number of departments. We are an approved supplier of services via the G-Cloud framework and the Digital Framework. We have supported a number of organisations as they move to Digital Delivery models.

Our private-sector clients include major financial services companies, and we have worked with both technology start-ups and large suppliers of technology to optimise their service offerings. We have also had a number of engagements with local government and third sector organisations.

Our business model allows us to provide high-quality services at reasonable prices and to adapt to client requests quickly and in an agile manner. Most of our work comes from repeat clients and client recommendations, and we’d be happy to introduce you to any of our clients so you can hear what they think about us directly
