Develop and Oversee: Create imaginative solutions for our clients and see your ideas become reality. You will establish a content framework and strategy to help our business solve customer or performance challenges for a growing company. Participate in product planning activities.
Manage Core Areas of Product: Understand, analyze and capture business and user needs. Define, analyze and document business and functional requirements and make sure they align with the product vision. Help resolve issues, risks and dependencies.
Team Building: Foster a collaborative environment and understand the product vision for your team’s challenge and help bring it to life.
Product Strategy: Understand and know our product and our existing and potential customers and set goals and priorities accordingly. Collaborate with engineers to ensure that business requirements are translated into designs that fit the technical constraints.
Messaging: Create specifications, including business process flows and data flow diagrams that reflect the scope and complexities of the requirements. Proactively identify cross-track dependencies, ensuring that there are no gaps in coverage across all modules and that any gaps are addressed within and outside the track.
Actively Measure, Manage, Optimize, and Communicate: Review and solicit input from other team members on other deliverables as needed.
Launches: Set positioning and messaging, channel strategy, and goals for all launches, working cross-functionally with the product team. Rally cross-functional teams to execute on overall marketing strategy.
Be a subject matter expert: Understand our customers, their behavior, and motivations.
Technical fluency to support integrations: Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly APIs. Leverage this knowledge to collaborate effectively with the integration team, ensuring smooth implementation and interoperability with external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute product programs and strategies.
- Builds solid relationships within the business and serve as an advisor and partner before, during, and after product release.
- Be a strong advocate for the customer within the team and empathize with our customers, partners and internal users.
- Demonstrate understanding of client channels and vision, markets and end-user needs by developing new products and/or improving existing products and predicting and resolving pain points across the customer lifecycle (from device purchase to device upgrade).
- Manage product performance, owning the team’s Key Performance Indicators, defining end-to-end customer experience specifications, and management of product lifecycle.
- Set targets, drive performance improvement strategies and tactics, and maintain operational rigor of existing performance, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Lead team through the process of testing and iteratinge in small-scale pilots (Minimal Viable Product Tests) to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, and scale for growth.
- Utilize analytics and data to regularly and systematically uncover opportunities, generate actionable product insights, and track product performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to present insights and recommendations persuasively, skill and confidence in dealing with people at all levels and within all functions of the organization.
This role is 100% remote, and you may work from any location within India.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in software product management or technology/engineering roles.
- Proven track record in product management, with experience launching successful products.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
