About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The primary user base is in Tier-1 countries. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI, and the use of AI and ML for user scoring, matching and face recognition. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets. 

In this role, you will

• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure a seamless product cycle
• Gather insights from the team and user interviews, aligning them with the overall product strategy
• Formulate, test, and validate numerous hypotheses to positively impact key metrics
• Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including grooming, planning, and retrospectives
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining both short and long-term goals for continuous growth
• Continuously seek additional business growth points to strengthen our market position
• Team management of two product managers and two designers

It’s all about you

• 4+ years of overall product management experience, with at least 1 year in a comparable role
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and team of product managers is required, which may include mentoring, hiring, onboarding, task allocation, and similar responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of various hypothesis validation methods
• Practical experience in executing A/B tests
• Proficient in different types of research: user, market, and competitor analysis
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for analytics
• Proficient in SQL or Python
• PSPO certification is a plus
