Description

Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step.

Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms.

About the Role

Most AI in accounting is hype. We’re building Auditable AI that finance and audit teams can actually stake their name on. We're looking for a Product Manager to shape our lease accounting product: lease abstraction, financial calculations, workflows, reports, and the AI agents behind them. These capabilities are used by corporate accounting teams, internal auditors, and external audit firms.

You’ll sit at the crossroads of engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market, turning deep customer problems into shipped product that is accurate, explainable, and trusted. You’ll own a meaningful part of the roadmap end to end, spend real time with accountants and auditors, and make the calls on where AI should help, where a human must stay in the loop, and how we prove it. If you love building B2B products, are excited to solve deep complex technical problems, get energy from applied AI, and want to define what trusted AI looks like in a profession built on trust, this is your role.

Responsibilities
  • Own the roadmap for our lease accounting product, prioritizing across customer needs, standards and regulatory changes, strategic bets, and technical constraints, and tying every initiative to measurable outcomes.
  • Run continuous discovery with lease accountants, controllers, auditors, and finance leaders to understand how accounting work really gets done, and turn those insights into clear problem statements and requirements.
  • Partner with engineering and data science to design AI-powered features with transparency, citations, and human-in-the-loop controls built in.
  • Define quality bars for AI features, including accuracy benchmarks and edge cases, and decide when a feature is ready to ship.
  • Drive delivery with engineering and design: write sharp specs and acceptance criteria that capture complex accounting logic, unblock the team, and ship iteratively.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and customer rollouts, and feed what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of taking products from discovery to launch and measuring their impact.
  • Hands-on experience with AI or data-intensive products (LLMs, agents, document processing, automation), and real curiosity about where AI helps, where it doesn’t, and where it shouldn’t in a regulated, trust-sensitive space.
  • Working knowledge of lease accounting standards, or the ability to build it quickly. Experience in lease accounting or financial close software is a plus.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and comfort working directly with senior finance, accounting, or audit stakeholders. Being a CPA or having a strong accounting or finance background is a huge advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex technical and accounting concepts from customer needs to development requirements.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Tel Aviv office 3 days per week.
About us

We embrace our core values in everything that we do:

  • Think BIG. We are ambitious, proactive, and we love challenging the status quo.
  • Live by truth. We uphold the highest standards of accuracy and accountability.
  • On your side. We are on this journey together and want to collaborate and empower each other to succeed.
  • Committed. Committed to execution. Committed to delivery. Committed to excellence.
