Job Description:

Department Description

At The Walt Disney Company, the Disney Experiences Technology team creates world-class immersive experiences for the company's premier vacation brands, including Disney Parks & Resorts worldwide and Disney Signature Experiences.

Within Disney Signature Experiences, the Disney Cruise Line team delivers end-to-end digital and physical experiences for both Guests and Cast Members. This includes leading technology initiatives across the fleet, supporting core platforms, the Disney Cruise Line website, and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator mobile app, while serving multiple lines of business both shoreside and onboard. As Disney Cruise Line continues its rapid fleet expansion, delivering accurate, timely, personalized, and scalable content has become a critical business capability.

Team Description:

The Product Manager will help shape the future of how Disney Cruise Line creates, manages, and delivers content across its digital and Guest experiences.  You will work at the intersection of content, technology, data, and product management, partnering with content authors, designers, analysts, and business leaders to solve real problems and create better experiences.

This is a product management opportunity for someone who is curious, analytical, organized, and excited about making things better. You'll help turn ideas and pain points into products and capabilities that make it easier for Cast Members to create great content  and easier for Guests to find and use it.

As Disney Cruise Line continues to grow, you'll have an opportunity to help build the content capabilities that will support the next generation of the Disney Cruise Line experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support product discovery and requirements definition for content features across web, mobile, onboard, and guest communications.
  • Maintain content documentation including content inventories, data dictionaries, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows.
  • Partner with content authors and subject matter experts to understand pain points, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for authoring efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Contribute to content governance work including taxonomy management, metadata standards, content lifecycle tracking, and reuse guidelines.
  • Analyze content performance data, guest feedback, and behavioral analytics to surface insights that inform product prioritization and content decisions.
  • Support localization and translation workflows by coordinating with translation teams and tracking content readiness across languages.
  • Assist in defining and tracking content KPIs — including publishing efficiency, content quality, and digital engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization discussions by synthesizing research, stakeholder input, and data into clear, structured recommendations.
  • Participate in cross-functional product reviews and contribute to stakeholder communications on content product progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, content management, business analysis, technical writing, or a related digital role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into clear written requirements, user stories, or product documentation.
  • Comfort working with data: able to pull, interpret, and communicate insights from content analytics, dashboards, or performance reports.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, publishing workflows, or digital content operations.
  • Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, structured documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative working style with comfort operating in cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a CMS platform such as RWS Tridion, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Contentful, or similar.
  • Exposure to structured content concepts: content types, metadata, taxonomy, reusable content, or content modeling.
  • Experience supporting localization or translation workflows, including machine translation tools or multilingual content processes.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, entertainment, e-commerce, or other guest-facing digital businesses.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted content tools: automated tagging, metadata generation, translation augmentation, or content quality workflows.
  • Experience working with behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) or A/B testing tools.
  • Knowledge of agile product development practices: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and acceptance testing.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in Product Management, Digital Experience, Content Strategy, Communications, or a related discipline.

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $111,900 - $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
