The Product Manager is responsible for a specific portfolio of products within the company. Your role will cover end-to-end product lifecycle management, including overall product promotion, user communication, strategy development to strengthen market presence, and the formulation of market development plans.

  • セールストレーニングの計画、コンテンツ設計と実施
  • 日本市場のニーズを製品開発に反映させるアップストリーム志向の開発元との協働
  • 新製品や新サービスの日本市場への導入準備
  • QAチームと連携した製品品質管理業務を含む製品ライフサイクルマネージメント
  • 関連領域での臨床研究の計画及び学術チームとの協働による実施
  • 関連領域のキーエキスパートネットワークの構築と維持
  • 事業戦略策定のための競合他社分析と市場分析

【応募要件】

必須:

  • 医療機器・製薬(IVD含む)などのヘルスケア産業で、下記の業務のいずれかの経験がある方
    ① マーケティング部門等でのプロダクトマネジメントまたはプロモーション企画の実務経験
    ② 営業や営業開発、またはユーザーへのアプリケーションサポート・学術支援業務経験者で、プロダクトマネージャーとしてのキャリアを希望されている方
  • 学士または修士課程修了以上
  • 英語でコミュニケーションができること。(メールの読み書き、およびにオンライン会議への参加)。
  • クロスファンクションで能動的に活動できる方
  • 医療機器公正取引規約や関連法規を理解している方

尚可:

  • 医療用検査機器(特にPOCT機器)の販売・プロモーション業務経験があること
  • 医療情報システム(電子カルテ、検査システムなど)の販売・プロモーション経験、または関連する業務経験があること

【給与条件】

月給(基本給):350,000円~531,250円

想定年収:560万円~850万円(年間4か月分の固定賞与含む)

業績賞与:56万円~85万円(会社業績/本人業績により支給)

Skills Required

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or in vitro diagnostics
  • Experience in product management or promotional planning within marketing or a related function
  • Alternatively, experience in sales, business development, application support, or academic support with an interest in transitioning to product management
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or higher
  • English communication skills, including reading and writing email and participating in online meetings
  • Ability to work proactively across functions
  • Understanding of fair competition regulations for medical devices and related laws
  • Sales or promotional experience with medical testing equipment, especially point-of-care testing equipment
  • Sales, promotional, or related experience with medical information systems, electronic medical records, or laboratory information systems
