What does a great FCRM Product Manager do at Fiserv?
As an FCRM Product Manager at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) product portfolio. Collaborating with Sales, internal teams, and clients, you will focus on elevating customer experience and fostering business growth. Your primary responsibilities include defining the strategic direction for the product line, providing marketing and sales support, and working cross-functionally across all organizational levels.
What you will do:
- Engage as a key stakeholder and contributor in developing product enhancements to align with market needs
- Work alongside internal teams to strategize and implement continual improvement initiatives in methodologies, processes, and technologies
- Analyze the competitive landscape to prioritize feature offerings and drive strategy
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight timelines
- Educate clients on product features through demonstrations and support sales team in client interactions
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and professional services to gather requirements ensuring alignment with clients' needs
- Attend proposal review meetings, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and optimize proposal outcomes through data analysis
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of product management experience in the financial services sector
- 4+ years of expertise in Financial Crimes, fraud, and AML in non-card payment field
- 4+ years of Agile development experience, engaging with clients, internal teams, and supporting sales functions
- Prior exposure to assisting sales teams in client-facing scenarios
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or relevant field, or equivalent military background
