- Business outcomes: Revenue and retention outcomes for your assigned customer segment, measured by ARR, churn, adoption, and customer-facing TAT metrics
- Roadmap: A product roadmap grounded in deep customer insight, competitive awareness, and business priorities
- End-to-end delivery: The full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through to launch and iteration
- APM mentorship: An Associate PM who you will guide, challenge, and develop into an increasingly independent contributor
- Stakeholder alignment: Regular communication with leadership on product performance, key bets, and risks
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand your customers' workflows, pain points, and goals
- Develop product hypotheses and iterate on them through rapid discovery with customers and internal teams
- Write clear, well-reasoned PRDs and work with design to define intuitive UX/UI
- Partner with engineering to ship product efficiently, removing blockers and making smart trade-offs
- Set up feedback loops - product analytics, in-app surveys, user interviews - and use what you learn to sharpen the roadmap
- Track segment-level business metrics and take ownership of explaining and improving them
- Mentor your APM with regular feedback, increasing ownership, and clear development goals
- 3+ years in a PM or APM role at a SaaS or product-led tech company
- Bachelor’s and Master's degree from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of product outcomes, not just features
- Strong structured thinking: you break down complex problems clearly and build crisp customer journey maps
- Comfort with data - SQL, Excel, or product analytics tools like PostHog - to self-serve insights
- Ability to create wireframes in Figma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience managing or mentoring junior PMs is a plus
- Background in construction, infrastructure, or field-service industries is a plus
