Job Description

Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.

The Product Manager, AI & Workflow Transformation, will lead an Agile team supporting Global Corporate Trust (GCT), driving AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder experiences. This role partners closely with business and technology teams to understand current-state processes, identify future-state opportunities, and deliver scalable product solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Serving as the product expert, this individual will own backlog management, roadmap execution, prioritization, and delivery while ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for AI-related capabilities supporting GCT.
  • Identify opportunities to re-engineer business processes through AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather feedback, and translate requirements into scalable product solutions.
Agile Product Leadership
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
  • Lead backlog refinement sessions, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and support delivery planning.
AI & Workflow Transformation
  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with technology teams to deliver governed, scalable, and business-aligned AI solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI tools, platforms, and capabilities.
Stakeholder & Adoption Leadership
  • Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to execute product strategy and communicate priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Lead readiness, change management, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities.
     
Basic Qualifications:
  • Product Management experience.
  • Typically, 5-10 years of experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Advanced understanding of AI technologies, tools, and models, with the ability to redesign processes leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Experience creating or supporting Microsoft Copilot Agents or similar AI agent solutions preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Ability to understand and translate both technical and non-technical requirements into practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience within Global Corporate Trust, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $117,725.00 - $138,500.00
