Job Description: 

As a Product Manager in the Product Solutions team, you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key solution areas. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience—ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder alignment, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Product Strategy & Vision: 
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business and marketing teams, aligned to organizational goals and market opportunities. 
 
Requirements Gathering & Solutioning: 
Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to gather and define business and functional requirements. Create detailed requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications. 
 
Impact Analysis & Decision Making: 
Understand and evaluate technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and assess product ideas in collaboration with engineering and stakeholders. 
 
Product Development & Delivery: 
Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards across the product lifecycle. 
 
Product Metrics & Performance Tracking: 
Define, track, and analyze key product and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of product initiatives. Derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. 
 
Cross-functional Collaboration: 
Partner with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to deliver solutions aligned with product vision and business objectives. 
 
Product Improvement & Lifecycle Management: 
Lead user acceptance testing, support end users during implementation, and drive post-release improvements through feedback, retrospectives, and continuous iterations. 
 
Market & Competitive Analysis: 
Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.



Requirements

Educational Qualification: 
Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or an MBA 
 

Experience: 
6–9 years of experience in product management or related roles. 
Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap definition, and end-to-end delivery. 
Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach. 
Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively collaborate with engineering teams. 
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Visio, Excel, etc.
