Zafran is looking for an experienced, dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the development of our cutting-edge cybersecurity platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Backend Developers, customers, field engineers, and product teams, contributing to the thought and design process that drives the critical path of customer onboarding, integration, and data flow

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.

  • Work closely with Fullstack Developers to understand technical requirements and constraints.

  • Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements.

  • Drive the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and incorporate insights into the product strategy.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design seamless integration and onboarding processes for customers.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in backend development and cybersecurity.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to balance technical feasibility and product requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 positions.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong technical background with an understanding of backend development and cybersecurity concepts.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • Familiarity with Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure (advantageous).

  • Experience with networking fundamentals (advantageous).

  • Team player mentality with the capability to see the big picture and focus on critical details.

  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility and have a deep influence.

  • Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of professional experience, including experience across at least two positions
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong technical background with understanding of backend development and cybersecurity concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Team player mentality with ability to see the big picture and focus on critical details
