Job Summary:

As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall product strategy for our Wire and Cable division. You will use your business leadership and capacity plans to meet sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of our Wire and Cable products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable
  • 5 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, preferably
  • Product management/sales experience 
  • Technical knowledge of interconnect products, ideally in aerospace and defense, and medical devices
  • Experience in developing & executing  product strategies and roadmaps 
  • Effective in cross-functional collaboration and concise communication

Are You Our Next ACE?

  • Accountable for maintaining documentation and providing project support, conducting internal audits, corrective actions, and quality record management. Additionally, you ensure compliance with company standards by conducting tests, creating test fixture procedures, and making final acceptance decisions for delivery.
  • Collaborate with serving  as the bridge between the different business units across Winchester, including engineering, sales, and marketing. You will partner with the Regional Sales team to gather valuable insights into market trends and the competitive landscape. 
  • Empowered to to execute pricing policies and deploy marketing initiatives to generate demand. Serve as the champion for new product development to drive successful NPIs.

Pay Transparency: 

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
