We’re looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to own and drive the evolution of our mobile experience. You will work closely with founders, design, engineering, and operations teams to build intuitive, high-impact features that improve engagement, retention, and user outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product intuition with analytical rigor and has experience building consumer-facing mobile products in fast-paced environments.
Own the mobile product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Define product requirements and work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with operations, growth, and customer-facing teams to understand pain points and improve the user journey.
Establish and track key product KPIs, including activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Champion a user-centric approach to product development and decision-making.
3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably building mobile-first products.
Experience working closely with mobile engineering teams (Flutter, iOS, or Android).
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business metrics.
Ability to translate customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
Experience in HealthTech, consumer apps, marketplaces, or high-growth startups is a plus.
