About the Team
You will be part of a high-impact, fast moving product management team driving our portfolio of products serving partner needs around Data Protection, Cyber Recovery and Response, Disaster Recovery and Governance .
Role Purpose & Impact
We are looking for a Product Manager to help build and scale Druva's Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform. You will work closely with MSP partners, internal stakeholders, engineering, UX, sales, and customer success to understand partner needs and translate them into product capabilities that simplify service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate partner growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of Product Management experience who enjoys working directly with customers, solving real business problems, and shipping products that have measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
● Partner with MSPs, distributors, aggregators and internal teams to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and emerging market needs.
● Gather product requirements through partner interviews and engagements, competitive research, and data analysis.
● Prioritize features in collaboration with Engineering and Product leadership.
● Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Drive execution from concept through launch using Agile methodologies.
● Collaborate with UX to design intuitive multi-tenant experiences for MSP administrators.
● Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to identify product improvements and increase partner adoption.
● Define success metrics and analyze product telemetry to guide roadmap decisions.
● Assist with product launches by creating enablement material, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
● Represent the voice of MSP customers during planning and sprint reviews.
● Stay current on trends in managed services, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, backup, cyber resilience, and channel ecosystems.
What makes you a great fit
● 3–5 years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Distributors, Value Added Resellers (VARs), or other channel partners preferred
- Experience with building products for marketplaces, integrations, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms preferred
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
● Experience writing detailed product requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
● Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Passion for understanding customer problems and turning them into simple product experiences.
