We are looking for an IS Product Manager to join our Information Systems team. Serving as the primary bridge between our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and the IS team, you will translate complex business processes, customer needs, and operational challenges into highly scalable solutions. You will drive the product roadmap and priorities, working closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maximize business value and enable continuous company growth.
As an IS Product Manager at JFrog you will...- Serve as the trusted partner and primary point of contact for the GTM organization, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partners, and Revenue Operations.
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, pain points, and strategic objectives, translating them into defined business requirements.
- Design scalable business solutions that align with JFrog's overarching goals and enterprise architecture.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact, leading requirements through the full lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Drive alignment and decision-making across business leaders and executive stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and communicating product strategy.
- Partner seamlessly with delivery teams throughout implementation to ensure solutions hit business objectives.
- Identify, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data, market research, and adoption metrics to measure business outcomes and optimize continuous innovation.
- 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or Solution Consultant within an Information Systems organization.
- Strong expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) business domains, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, marketing automation, or related GTM technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management & executive communication skills, a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities to effectively navigate operational challenges.
