Your Role:
- Supports market and competitor analysis, including price benchmarking, product comparisons, and new product tracking.
- Assists in preparing and following up the annual operating plan for assigned categories.
- Supports basic sales, margin, and product performance analysis.
- Contributes to portfolio reviews, range optimization, and product simplification.
- Supports the NPI process through data preparation, presentations, and internal coordination.
- Assists in product launches, including positioning, pricing input, and go-to-market preparation.
- Supports pricing activities by collecting market data, cost inputs, and competitor benchmarks.
- Coordinates with central product teams on specifications, technical clarifications, and documentation.
- Works with Marcom teams on catalogues, presentations, and sales tools.
- Prepares product reports, presentations, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Supports product training by preparing materials and sharing product knowledge.
- Coordinates with Quality teams on regulatory and compliance topics when needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related function is preferred.
- The ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently.
- The ability to respond to common inquiries from internal and external customers in effective verbal and written communication skill.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required. Knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and to manage multiple tasks in a structured and organized manner.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop within product management, with a solid foundation in analytical thinking and business understanding.
Skills Required
