This is a hybrid role based out of our Omaha, NE office, with regular in-office time each week alongside remote flexibility. It reports directly to our Chief Product Officer and owns a charter end-to-end - from discovery through delivery. AI is changing how products are discovered, designed, built, and adopted. We're looking for Product Managers who are excited to partner with AI throughout the product lifecycle, increase learning velocity through experimentation, and help shape what AI-native product development looks like.
What You'll Do- Build empathy with customers through regular, direct interaction - not secondhand feedback.
- Develop a deep, current understanding of the market and where it's heading.
- Identify, compare, and make the call on which product opportunities are worth pursuing.
- Cast a vision for how your charter ladders up to the broader product strategy.
- Build a culture of continuous discovery on your squad, using AI to accelerate synthesis, prototyping, and decision-making.
- Translate strategy into experiments and user stories your team can act on - using whatever format gets everyone aligned fastest.
- Validate ideas quickly, and be intentional about what becomes part of the product. Prioritize opportunities and deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Own outcomes from concept through delivery, and stay accountable past launch.
- Get hands-on when it matters - testing features, running experiments, digging into the details.
- Enable sales, marketing, and the rest of the company to bring what you build to market well.
- 2+ years of modern product management experience in B2B SaaS - or equally relevant, uniquely qualified experience.
- High agency: you find a way to get what you need rather than waiting for ideal conditions.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, with real interest in using it to change how products get discovered, built, and shipped.
- A track record of running customer discovery and experimentation, not just managing a backlog.
- Comfort making prioritization calls under ambiguity, and owning the outcome either way.
- Strong written and verbal communication - you can align a room without relying on authority.
