In this role, you’ll own the strategy, evolution and delivery of merchant onboarding and servicing capabilities across the Canada market, creating experiences that help businesses get up and running faster while improving how they manage their payments journey. Working at the intersection of client needs, technology and business strategy, you’ll influence product direction, drive meaningful outcomes and unlock new opportunities for growth. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver customer-first solutions that strengthen client satisfaction, improve operational efficiency and support Global Payments’ mission of enabling commerce worldwide. - Experience gathering and translating customer insights into clear product requirements, customer-centric experiences and impactful product enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of building alignment across sales, operations, technology and leadership teams.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities combined with sound business judgment and a passion for delivering innovative, customer-first solutions.
- Experience working within Financial Technology (FinTech) or payments organizations, particularly in merchant onboarding or servicing environments.
- Background in Agile product development, software delivery or business analysis, including collaboration with development and architecture teams.
- Experience supporting products across multiple markets or regions and navigating evolving customer, regulatory or business requirements.
