Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, from ideation and hypothesis formulation to implementation and results measurement.

Define and prioritize the product backlog (requirements, user stories, epics) based on impact, effort, and technical feasibility.

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to validate hypotheses and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate closely with development, design, marketing, operations, and offer teams to ensure alignment on product goals.

Drive initiatives across a range of areas, including conversion and UX optimization, operational processes, and collections.

Communicate progress, insights, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at different levels.

Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in product management with a technology component.

Strong analytical skills, with experience formulating and validating data-driven hypotheses to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Experience defining requirements, user stories, and epics, as well as managing and prioritizing the backlog based on impact, effort, timeline, and technical feasibility.

Proactive, autonomous profile with experience managing end-to-end initiatives, from ideation through implementation.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders (e.g., development, design, offer, marketing, and operations teams), fostering alignment between teams and product goals.

High adaptability to different contexts and challenges, with versatility to work across distinct topics - from conversion and user experience optimization to operational processes, collections, or other cross-cutting product initiatives.

Experience with agile and/or waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Notion, Confluence).

Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).

Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and prototyping (e.g., Lovable, Claude).
