About you:

You’re an early-career Product Manager who focuses on outcomes, not just delivering features. You enjoy solving real business problems, making decisions using data, and working closely with others to deliver meaningful impact.

You’re curious, commercially aware, and confident using modern tools like AI to test ideas quickly. You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can take ownership, learn, and grow.

Day-to-day, you will:
  • Turn stakeholder needs into clear product decisions that support business goals and improve key metrics like conversion and retention
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design and Data teams to shape, test and deliver product ideas
  • Use tools (including AI) to quickly prototype concepts and bring ideas to life
  • Take ownership of decisions, moving quickly and adapting based on feedback and data
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Experience in a product-led environment, ideally in software, digital platforms or payments
  • Understanding of key product metrics such as customer retention, churn or conversion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Interest in emerging technologies and how they can improve products and user experiences
