As a Product Manager, Vice President - Talent Attraction and Awareness, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, and proactive Digital Product Manager to help assess and optimize Ad Network that has strong technical, analytical, and business acumen to build out Talent Attraction and Attraction Marketing products. The ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter who is comfortable working in a results-driven, agile environment, and partnering closely with research, design, and technology partners across a highly-matrixed organization to determine and deliver the best path forward for bringing ideas to market.
Job responsibilities
- Delivers functionality at scale for Marketing Automation, leveraging internal and external tools and partnerships.
- Understands business needs and apply expertise to drive solutions that meet objectives.
- Collaborates with engineering to execute and oversee the product development lifecycle.
- Works closely with business, technology, and third-party vendors to manage an evolving roadmap.
- Enhances digital experiences and deliver impactful marketing strategies.
- Utilizes AI in marketing for audience targeting, lead generation, personalization, behavioral analysis, competitor insights, PPC advertising, SEO, social media listening, email marketing, predictive marketing, content creation, market analysis, website audits, and augmented assistance to enhance efficiency across marketing functions.
- Identifies and evaluate AI use cases in customer support. Conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate solutions.
- Designs and implement AI-powered solutions for customer support challenges. Collaborate with engineering and product teams for efficient AI operations.
- Builds AI use cases to enhance AdTech solutions that improve digital marketing efficiency and scalability for audience targeting, lead generation, personalization, behavioral analysis, competitor insights, PPC advertising, SEO, social media listening, email marketing, predictive marketing, and content creation. Develop privacy-first data solutions for cross-functional support.
- Creates capabilities for delivering personalized messages across channels.
- Develops and Maintain product roadmaps, implementations and backlogs.
- Manages vendor relationships and product integration requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience collaborating with UX design and research, and running a rigorous experimentation plan
- Experience leading, managing and mentoring a product team
- Strong and polished verbal, written, and presentations skills; ability to articulate at the right level of detail to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and risks with calmness and diligence
- Experienced in agile practices, methodology, and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Sprinklr) and partnering closely with scrum teams to translate product requirements into epics and stories
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, working with business, design, engineering, and marketing to drive innovation.
- Experience using data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with consumer digital marketing, including Email & SMS direct marketing, CRM, CDP, loyalty, site personalization, and tag management platforms.
- A natural decision-maker who inspires confidence and presents cases with assurance, with an appreciation for detail and the ability to make pragmatic decisions
- Excellent product judgment with a strong intuition for user experience.
- Strong writing ability for UI strings, marketing copy, or press releases.
- Strategic insight into the industry to predict key player behavior.
- Creativity in solving problems large and small.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field of study
